The platform currently has over $500 Million USD of Digital Assets under Management (Bitcoin, Ethereum, DAI etc) and is growing at an average of 20% month on month.
Job Description
- Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
- Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
- Break down large projects into intermediate goals and milestones that deliver value incrementally.
- Researching and developing designs and products.
- Determining the need for training and talent development.
- Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
- Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, educational background or work experience related to tech and/or finance.
- Proven experience in leading development teams
- Willingness to take end to end ownership and being accountable for the success of the project
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience and/or knowledge in crypto would be strongly preferred
- Work experience in a startup environment would be strongly preferred
- Scrum master certification
