Approved for release by the Liquidators. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Liquidators appointed by the Court. The Liquidators act only as agents for and on behalf of the Company and disclaim any and all personal liability and/or do not assume or bear any personal liability whatsoever in respect of any contracts entered into by the Company whether by this letter or by any action taken or omission on their part or otherwise.
