Step by Step Guide on Creating a Corporate Account with Hodlnaut
Hodlnaut has just launched a new feature to allow corporate partners to create an account directly on the Hodlnaut website. With the new function, corporate users can easily create an account via the website at their own convenience.
In this guide, we walk you through the steps to take to create a corporate account on the Hodlnaut website.
1. Head Over to the Hodlnaut Website and Click on Sign Up
2. Read the Risk Warning on Digital Payment Token Services
Once done, you will be redirected to a page as shown above. Be sure to read the Risk Warning thoroughly before checking the box and clicking the Submit button.
3. Verify Your Email Address
Thereafter, head over to the email account used when signing up to verify your email address. Do note that it is mandatory to verify your email address before proceeding to the next steps.
4. Enable 2FA
After verifying your email address, be sure to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). If you are unsure of how to do so, check out our comprehensive guide where we run you through all the steps necessary to enable 2FA.
5. Verify Your Identity
Next, you will need to verify your company’s identity, similar to our usual KYC process for retail users. To do so, click on the Identity Verification button as shown above. This will appear once you have verified your email address and enabled 2FA.
You will then need to download either the Corporate or Trusts onboarding checklist. Once done, you will be required to fill up the necessary documents and send them over to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Since corporate onboarding requires several steps in the verification process, be aware that the time taken to complete the verification differs for each case and is not subjected to a set number of working days.
